Programme
Following the traditional N4M rhythm, the meeting begins with a Sunday opening, continues with a full Monday–Wednesday scientific programme, and closes with a Thursday session before departure. Wednesday afternoon remains intentionally flexible for networking, informal discussions, and time to explore the surrounding area.

Monday

Encoding Mechanical Information and Building Biological Systems, with a full day of scientific exchange.
Tuesday
Session 3 + networking afternoon
Seeing Mechanics in Action in the morning, followed by an open and flexible networking block for meetings and discussions.
Wednesday
Session 4 + Session 5
From Data to Prediction in the morning and translational mechanobiology in the afternoon, with the full day devoted to scientific exchange.
Thursday
Closing session
Synthesis, take-home messages, and closing remarks before departure.
